HELENA & HAVRE registration is below & will take place in HELENA & HAVRE.
Our business was previously named "Great Falls NFL Flag" and has been changed to "406 Youth Sports Association" due to expanding to other cities.
There are two locations for Financial Aide: 1. "Play if Forward Scholarship" is for GREAT FALLS only 2. RCX provides a Individual Participant Grant below.

Summer Season 2026

  • CO-ED
  • 4-15 years old
  • PARIS GIBSON FIELD
  • NO SPECIAL REQUESTS
  • Reversible NFL LOGO jersey included in registration cost
  • Additional gear available for purchase in the link on the 406youthsports.com website, located in the "GEAR SHOP" section
  • 5 vs 5 format
  • Head Coaches determine practice following team division
  • NO REFUNDS following jersey order. If the season is UNSUCCESSFUL, there WILL be a full refund (excluding the service fee of $3)
  • EARLY BIRD registration cost until 4/25/26
  • LATE FEES for registrations within 5/28/26 - 6/4/26
  • Jerseys may not be delivered prior to the first game
  • SEASON END CHAMPIONSHIP INCLUDING CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS (view images on the 406youthsports.com website)
